CLR Culture

Company culture is undeniably one of the most important considerations when considering a company for who they truly are. Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) boasts a clan culture characterized by collaboration, belonging, and shared values. Employee well-being and development have been an integral part of our success, so here are a few employee perspectives that display our company’s commitment to its family.

Brendan, an employee with CLR for six and a half years says that, “the company’s mission and core values,” make him proud to work with us. Brendan points out that as he has grown through positions in the company, CLR has consistently provided him with advancement opportunities and on-the-job training. He values growth and is excited to keep growing.

Ady just joined the team as an intern, was hired on full time recently, and already feels that CLR has, “…[given her] an opportunity to expand [her] knowledge in the business field.” She points out that the team is always willing to help out and she loves that our company is, “…innovative and always trying new things,” to grow and persevere. She says that she is proud to be a part of our team.

Paul has been with us for thirteen years now and feels that his growth and success is consistently acknowledged and celebrated. He loves CLR’s environment and energy and how positive energy radiates throughout the team. He goes on to say that, “The best thing for me is how I see myself improved in the past 13 years.” Paul has grown alongside CLR, and he intends to continue doing so.

Tommy, a member of the CLR team for almost seven years now, appreciates that the company has invested in him both personally and monetarily to enhance his leadership skills. CLR is, “… always building [his] resume!” Most of all, Tommy appreciates the people that make up CLR. He is proud to work with a team that exemplifies such an awesome culture.

Brian has been with us for fifteen years and values that he works for a company that makes such an impact, “I believe that we are making a huge difference to the environment by helping companies keep waste out of landfills.” He says that CLR supports his professional development by consistently providing useful training and guidance.

Jeff, the Managing Partner of CLR, has been with the company for seventeen years. He states that CLR is “…constantly challenging [him] to get out of [his] comfort zone.” That is how progress is made. In terms of his greatest achievement, Jeff points out that while he has made several achievements, the greatest is yet to come.

These testimonials about CLR paint a picture of a company deeply committed to its people, growth, and purpose. Employees at every stage of their career- from new interns to long-tenured leaders- consistently highlight the company’s strong mission, positive culture, and dedication to personal and professional development.

Several team members emphasize how CLR fosters growth through ongoing training, leadership opportunities, and a willingness to invest in its people. This commitment has helped individuals like Brendan, Paul, Tommy, and Brian evolve over the years, with their achievements regularly recognized and celebrated. Newer team members like Ady already feel supported and empowered, noting how innovative and collaborative the environment is.

There’s a strong shared sense of pride among the team- pride in the company’s values, its positive and energetic culture, and its meaningful environmental impact. Jeff, a leader within CLR, encapsulates the company’s forward-thinking mindset, describing CLR as a place that challenges and inspires continuous improvement.

At Closed Loop Recycling, the culture isn’t just something we talk about; it’s something we live every day. Whether it’s a long-time leader finding new challenges, a growing professional building leadership skills, or a new team member feeling instantly welcomed, the stories shared reflect a unified commitment to people and purpose. Our team doesn’t just show up to work. They show up for each other, for our mission, and for the greater good of the environment.

As we look ahead, our focus remains the same: to cultivate a workplace where people thrive, progress is constant, and impact is real. CLR will continue to invest in our greatest asset, our people, because their success is our success. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, and even more excited about what’s still to come.
